Two-way Telegram bridge for Claude Code Desktop. Hook-based notifications fire when a session finishes, asks a question, or waits for input; a reply from your phone is relayed straight back into the right session so work continues uninterrupted. A grace period keeps the phone silent while you are at the PC, multiple-choice questions arrive as tappable inline buttons, and plan usage or model / effort can be switched from Telegram — all through official Claude Code plugin and hook mechanisms, with no patched binaries. Python + PowerShell on Windows.
